Private Lessons
Jordan specializes in helping her students find their musical voice by teaching tools for improvisation, techniques to build their own musical vocabulary, and providing the harmonic understanding to create strong melodic solos.
She holds both her bachelors and masters degree in jazz performance from Juilliard and has experience teaching all levels and all ages around the world. She has been on faculty at Nyack College, Borough of Manhattan Community College, Jazz for Teens at New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and currently teaches at Trevor Day High School and CHiCA Power, an all female branch of Jazz House Kids.
